If PhotoBrew isn't right for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price.
How to start a return
- Email us at info.ajvagency@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
- We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
- Once your return arrives and is checked, we'll refund your original payment method. Your bank or card provider may take 5-10 business days to post the refund.
Conditions
- Please return the item with everything it came with (the PhotoBrew device and stencil cards).
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, except when the item arrived damaged, defective or wrong.
- Shipping on the original order was free, so there is no shipping charge to refund.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay for return shipping.
